Exporting Your Google Drive Data

Seniors,

You will lose access to your Google Drive in early June. Follow the directions on the attached document for exporting data from your Google Drive.

TBD- The district hopes schools can hold late July graduation ceremonies. More information to come.

Cap & Gown and Graduation Announcements

Seniors who have met all graduation requirements will receive their cap and gown at checkout. Seniors who need to complete credits during summer school will receive their cap and gown in July before graduation.

Getting things from lockers/ classrooms

Students may get personal belongings from their lockers and/or classrooms during their assigned checkout time per the RHS End Of Year Checkout letter linked above.  

Returning textbooks, library books Chromebooks and other materials

Students will return materials during their assigned checkout time per  the RHS End Of Year Checkout letter linked above.

Sending transcripts

Please continue to use Naviance to request transcripts.

Your final high school transcript will be sent to the university you identify in your Graduation Survey. Please complete the Graduation Survey in Naviance by the end of the year.

If you have taken CCA courses and need the credits transferred to another college/university, you will need to order your CCA transcripts through the MyCCA portal on the CCA website.

Yearbook Distribution and Virtual Yearbook Signing

 

Ms. Gebhardt is working with the district and with RHS administrators on a plan for this.  More information to come.

Seniors will be emailed a link for virtual yearbook signing. On May 23rd links will be posted here for all grade levels to participate in virtual yearbook signing.

Summer School

4th Quarter Classes that need completing- Students (any grade) who need to complete Quarter 4 classes for credit per the Grading Guidelines Communications will be enrolled in Summer School.

New Credit Recovery Classes- 9th-11th graders who would like to participate in Summer School in order to work on 0.25-0.5 credits of credit recovery classes and who don’t already have credit recovery classes on their schedule should contact their counselor.

Lunch Account Information

If you have questions regarding your student’s lunch account - please send an email to Donna McClary at dlmcclary@aurorak12.org. 

She is the Nutrition Services Accountant and she can help answer any questions that you have.

If your student has money on their account - you have 3 options. When you email Donna - please let her know what you would like to do.

1 - Transfer the amount to a younger sibling at another APS School.

        Students name -

2 - You can donate the money to help with negative balances of other RHS students.

       Send Donna an email stating you would like to donate the money to help with negative balances.

3 -  You can receive a refund in the form of a check.  It takes 2 to 3 weeks for the check to be processed and mailed.

    Please include your Full name and mailing address for the check.

SAT Testing for Juniors

The state announced they plan to have an SAT in the fall for current juniors. The test will be during a school day. More information to come.

Accuplacer Testing/ CE Courses for the 2020-21 School Year

Staff from CCA and APS are working to set up a plan for testing in the future. There are no dates at this time. Staff are also working to  identify students who will qualify for CE courses based on waivers. More information to come.
